GC plastic mold company is a Custom Extrusion House specializing in the production of recycled PETG sheet products, plastic mold, and injection molding parts. We have been providing the Thermoplastics Packaging Industry with quality goods and service since 1991. Our production and warehousing facility is located in Geneva, IL (40 miles west of Chicago, IL) and covers approximately 18,000 square feet, and growing. We are locally owned and operated, and employ 18 production and management personnel.
Although we produce Prime (Virgin) products in PETG, our mainstay had been the RECYCLING of these products. We take being a Recycler very seriously. It not only applies to our plastic products, but to our used corrugated cardboard, gaylord boxes, and pallets too. We are environmentally conscious all the way around.

In 2015, we installed a new world-class sheet extrusion line especially designed for PET – a Crown 4.5” barrel extruder with a 250 Hp motor and a MP70/70 melt pump designed precisely to control sheet gage thickness on the 48” sheet die. The new line also includes a new Una-Dyn crystallizer and Conair chiller.
